Payment was deducted but order was not confirmed

Order was canceled after preparation or dispatch
Delay occurred due to incorrect address or unavailability of the user
Change of mind after order confirmation
Issues caused by third-party vendors beyond our control
All refund requests must be submitted through the app or customer support.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Digital payment refunds may take 7–10 working days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
Wallet refunds (if applicable) may be credited instantly or within 24 hours.
Partial refunds may be issued in cases where:
Part of the order was missing
Service was partially completed
Product quality issues were verified
Orders can only be canceled within the time shown in the app.
Once an order is prepared or assigned to delivery, cancellation may not be possible.

Deny refunds in cases of misuse or fraudulent activity
Suspend accounts that repeatedly request unjustified refunds
